House Plan Description
Conceived to provide year-round comfort and combat the energy crunch. In winter,
south facing sun-spot collects and steadily generates the sun's warmth into the
open, airy ranch.
High clerestory windows create a cooling air draft in the summer.
Functional plan is suitable to many sites and conditions. Exterior walls are built in
2x4 or 2x6. Blueprints come with a partial basement or slab-on-grade construction.
