House Plan Description
What I did here was take our best single story design and improve it. I gave it a new, french country, normandy type flavor and made all the floor plan changes my clients had been suggesting for the past 6 years. Suited more for a couple or single, we eliminated one bedroom and expanded all of the living spaces. As you can see we also achieved volume ceilings in all important rooms. The foyer and living room start at 11 feet and cove up from there. The lavish master suite is fit for the most demanding executive buyer. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight.. In short, unless you have a big family this plan might just be perfect for you.
