I designed this home in 1988 for a Street Of Dreams Builder and have been amazed at its longevity. This design has consistently been sold since then to builders and buyers alike. If is just a very exciting home plan with its rounded rooflines, and unique angled floor plan. Homeowners have appreciated the Unique Master Suite with its sitting room coved ceiling and vaulted Master Bath. The Family between the Kitchen and Dining room comes complete with a Butlers pantry and wet bar. The rounded staircase is truly fantastic as you can see by the photograph. This home design has lived up to all of its promise.
